Meadowcrest Nursing Center has been serving Allegheny and Washington counties since 1967. We are located in a residential neighborhood near several local hospitals. Meadowcrest Nursing Center is situated near several parks, retirement centers, shopping centers and churches. Our facility is Medicare and Medicaid certified.
